Yes. In many instances we can leverage your existing investment in hardware components. Some components are better than others for integrating with our professional solutions.

Yes. We are very familiar integrating AppleTV, iTunes, iPods, iPhones and iMacs into your overall solution and also in mixed Apple/ PC environments.

No. We do not do high-voltage work ourselves. We do low-voltage installations, but work and partner with electricians and electrical contractors on many projects as needed. We are good complements to each others capabilities.

Yes.  We include support in all of our proposals by default.  We will discuss this with you when we present a proposal.  Support is then annually renewable after the initial year.  It is based on a percentage of the total value of all of your proposals.

No. We do not install HVAC systems. However, we will coordinate our work with your HVAC contractor to ensure that the appropriate climate subsystem components are used to integrate with a whole-home control and automation solution. For instance, we can specify which manufacturer's thermostats and control panel needs to be installed to enable integration with the control system. Don't make any decisions without first considering how everything will be controlled- not everything is easily compatible or integrated.

Yes.  While we are not a licensed electrical contractor, we will work with your electrical contractor or one of our professional partners to specify the switches, dimmers and control panel.  The electrician will install the high-voltage components and we will then design and set up the scenes, etc. and integrate the lighting control with the rest of your whole-home control system.

"If I purchase a solution that has source code programming or configuration files associated with it, do I own those or are they your intellectual property?"

We provide you with all of the design and source files for your entire solution. We do not own any of these once you have purchased a solution. We will document and store all of your related files in the private and secure project vault section fo our website. We will also provide any of these to you in an alternative way as well such as CD or memory stick.
