iPort makes wall mounts for iPods.  Now they have models that enable you to mount your iPod Touch or iPadin the wall for a touchscreen.  They look like they are very nicely done.  Approx $250 for the iPod Touch model and $500 for the iPad model.  Reasonable considering for about $900 (including iPad) you can get the functional equivalent of large $2,000+ inwall touchscreen to control your home.  Or about $425 (including iPod Touch) for smaller iPod Touch.
