We've been looking for a product like this one for a long time.  Imagine an in-wall iPod Touch behind a faceplate acting as an expensive touchpanel.  Instead of installing an expensive $1,200 - $3,000 touchpanel, you can get much of the same benefit with a $200 iPod Touch and this in-wall docking station.  

Most vendors have an iPod Touch app in the Apple App Store- Sonos, Homelogic, Yamaha, etc.  These apps are generally the best way to interact with the vendors devices with an iPod.  Now you can have access to these devices through an in-wall 'touchscreen'.  Alternatively, you could use a charging dock and place the iPod Touch on a table.  We look forward to its availability and price.
