Can you help me organize my digital media and workflow?

My family has 2 digital cameras, 1 digital video camera, 1 Flip video camera, 3 MP3 players, an iTunes account, plus several music tracks that I have recorded myself. I need a workflow to download the media and organize it so I can use enjoy it. I need the workflow to backup my files too. It would be great if I could figure out how to get the media to 1 or more TV's and computers too.
